Care Instructions
Tote bags consist of corduroy and cotton, and may be machine-washed, but shouldn't be tumble-dried. Please hang dry or dry flat. Ironing is okay but not on the corduroy.
Expedited Shipping
Currently, our shopping cart doesn't support expedited shipping. If this is important to you,
please send an email to
info@sheilad.com detailing what you'd like to order,
your contact information, address, and phone number. If we can fulfill your request, we'll calculate the shipping cost
and send you a PayPal invoice or money request.
International Orders
If you'd like to place an international order, please send an email to
info@sheilad.com detailing what you'd like to order,
your contact information, address, and phone number. Once we figure out shipping costs,
we'll send you a PayPal invoice or money request.
Item Availability
All Sheila D tote bags are hand-crafted using end-run designer fabrics, so by their very nature all bags are limited editions.
As such, we cannot guarantee that any specific color combination will be available at any particular time. Back-ordered items can take
as long as four to six weeks for delivery, but usually two to four weeks.

All that's required is an email address. Unsubscribing happens on the same page. We promise not to use your email address for anything besides keeping
you informed of the beautiful new Sheila D styles.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and bank account direct debit via our PayPal payment gateway. All orders are secure and take
place on the PayPal website.
Placing an Order
Ordering is fast, easy and secure through our online shopping cart. To place an order, click on the bag that you're interested in.
A larger view of the bag will appear, with an
Add to Cart button in the lower-righthand corner of the view.
Clicking on this button will add your bag to the PayPal shopping cart. At this point, you may continue shopping or elect to
pay for your order. At any time during shopping you may
View Cart using the View Cart link at the top
of each page, the one with the little shopping cart next to it.

Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from delivery date. Please email
info@sheilad.com prior to returning your tote bag. Returns may be sent to: Sheila D (Returns), 235 W. Orangewood Ave. #33A, Anaheim, CA 92802. Please use a shipping method that includes delivery confirmation and insurance. Shipping cost is your responsibility. Once a returned bag is determined to be in good condition, sale price will be refunded, minus original shipping cost.
Shipping & Delivery
All Sheila D tote bags are delivered via USPS or UPS, and will usually be shipped within one week, as long as
they are not back-ordered items.
Shipping & Handling Rates: up to $39.99 ($3), $40 to $79.99 ($5), $80 to $119.99 ($7), $120 to $159.99 ($9), $160 and up ($11).
